Pet-Only Spay & Neuter Agreement
This agreement applies to any puppy sold as Pet Only by Jenny’s Minis & More.
The Buyer understands and agrees that this puppy is being sold solely as a companion animal and is not being sold with breeding rights.
Spay/Neuter Requirement
The Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered by a licensed veterinarian no later than the puppy’s first (1st) birthday, unless otherwise authorized in writing by Jenny’s Minis & More.
Required Proof
Within fourteen (14) days of the spay or neuter procedure, the Buyer must provide the Seller with the following:
- A copy of the veterinary invoice, surgical certificate, or medical record confirming the procedure was completed.
- Clear photographs of the puppy after surgery showing the surgical incision or sutures.
Documentation may be submitted by email, text message, or another method approved by the Seller.
Breach of Agreement
Failure to have the puppy spayed or neutered by one (1) year of age, or failure to provide the required documentation within the time allowed, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
In the event of a breach, the Buyer agrees to pay liquidated damages in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). The parties acknowledge that this amount is intended to reasonably compensate the Seller for damages associated with unauthorized breeding and the resulting harm to the Seller’s breeding program, reputation, and bloodlines, and is not intended as a penalty.
The Buyer further agrees to reimburse the Seller for any reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and other collection expenses incurred in enforcing this Agreement, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
No Breeding Rights
No breeding rights are granted under this Agreement unless expressly stated in a separate written contract signed by both the Buyer and Jenny’s Minis & More.
